I worked with Jeremy for three months to lose weight, establish a consistent weekly workout habit and learn how & what to eat for a healthy life. I have an athletic background (my preferred exercise since high school has been running) that I'd long past abandoned when I first started looking into Jeremy's program, I had never attempted anything with weights, and food wise always had been more of a fad/crash dieter and never had long-term success with anything I tried.

 My husband and I both signed up for Jeremy's program at the same time and we are both super happy with our results. Jeremy was able to motivate us and hold us accountable, while also giving really encouraging insight when I had an "off" day or weekend where I indulged in not-so-great foods a little too much.

Not only do I feel like I have established workout habits that will stick, but I feel like my entire outlook on and relationship with food has changed for the better. I feel like I now crave quality nutrition and have a good grasp on what I should be eating and why - in terms of macros and other nutrients.

 

Jeremy's program totally changed me and I am so grateful to him for that! I feel strong, healthy, and confident. I don't feel self conscious about my body anymore which is huge for me. I've been sleeping through the night and have noticed a serious decrease in abdominal pain due to my previous poor diet. I honestly didn't even realize that I had so much weight to lose and so much muscle to tone! I'm fitting into clothing I last wore in college. The weight loss (14 lbs) was done in such a healthy, gradual way with an underlying base of healthy habits and food/exercise knowledge that I know it's going to stick as a lifestyle. Jeremy - I can't thank you enough. Anyone who's reading this - stop browsing. You've found your trainer!
