I am a 39 year old father of four with a pretty demanding work schedule. For the last couple years I have made an effort to place more of a focus on my physical fitness, and though I made a habit of getting to the gym regularly, other that losing a few pounds and gaining some strength I felt pretty rudderless. I tried doing dvd’s but often times felt like I could have spent that time better. I also tried to follow some plans that I found online but none really held my interest and I never felt like they were helping me achieve my specific goals.

Then I contacted Jeremy Prusky and I’ve finally found what I have been looking for. I knew I liked it from the start because prior to getting started I was not only asked some standard personal information like my age and measurements, I was asked what my fitness goals are. What a novel approach! I said I wanted to lose ten pounds and gain strength, and Jeremy created a tailor made workout plan for me. The calendar in my Outcome Fitness app was filled with the most focused and challenging workouts I had ever done. And I never got bored because every day was different, and every four weeks the focus and structure of my workout changed. Every workout had me spent, and every morning I woke up sore. After those twelve weeks I have successfully lost ten pounds and am definitely putting up considerably more weight than I could before. I am now moving into my next twelve week plan which is going to be more about continuing to gain strength but also building muscle mass, and I can’t wait!

I also love how seamlessly nutrition is integrated into the program. Right from the mobile app I can track my daily eating, and I’m not just counting calories. Outcome Fitness set macro-nutrient goals for me to aim for as well. Their exhaustive database of food item nutritional information makes it super easy to plug in what you are eating and stick to your personal plan. 

Outcome Fitness & Nutrition is the best decision I have made about my personal fitness in my life. Jeremy has made it easy to push myself beyond my limits and improve my health. I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t achieve their health or fitness goals by working with him.
