I had been consistently working out for the past ten years and was able to pack on muscle, however I lacked the knowledge and discipline when it came to nutrition. I just turned 46 and wanted to learn how to lean up without losing muscle. I also had the motivation of learning how to improve my overall health when I found out that I had high cholesterol.
I decided to work with Jeremy Prusky through his Elite Coaching Program. Although I had been working out for many years, being coached by Jeremy provided me with the direction I needed to reach my goals. My workouts were designed specifically for me and when it came to proper nutrition, I was guided each day with my very own nutrition plan.
After just 12 weeks I was very excited to see that I had lost 23 lbs. while keeping my muscle mass and my bad cholesterol dropped 45 points. My doctor said that this kind of drop was unheard of without medication. Jeremy not only showed me how to achieve results and sustain them, he impacted my overall health and how I will approach each day going forward.
