Although I worked out daily and “tried” to watch what I ate, I could not take off any weight. Then I talked with my friend Carol and she shared with me her inspirational story that began with Jeremy. At that point, I decided to reach out to Jeremy. From day 1 I felt totally at ease with Jeremy discussing all those things you are often too ashamed to talk about (weight, eating/drinking habits, etc…). Jeremy has nothing but a positive attitude and encourages you every step of the way without ever making you feel ashamed for anything you have done!
The food guide he created for me, allowed me to eat all types of food. I honestly have eaten better since starting with Jeremy than I ever had before and the best is, I never feel hungry! Jeremy plans the guide to meet your needs with realistic expectations for the amount and types of foods you will eat. His ultimate goal is for you to be able to sustain this lifestyle without him. Have you ever met someone who wants to work his way out of a job?
After 3.5 months I have lost 28 pounds and am down 4 sizes in my clothes! I feel better than ever. I have so much energy and I have been sleeping so much better than I have in years. Most importantly, I am happy and healthy and have finally found a lifestyle that is not a diet but rather a plan for healthy living!
I will be forever grateful to Jeremy for his daily inspiration, suggestions and sense of humor! I know I can continue moving forward with all the tools Jeremy has given me! Thank you, thank you Jeremy and to you too Carol for getting me to make the call!
