I hired Jeremy to work with me on my level of fitness and to gain better nutritional habits that aligned with my desired lifestyle. My goal was to loose weight. Jeremy set me up on a nutrition program and a exercise routine. We adjusted exercise as we we went. To do this the right way it can’t be a huge drop in weight all at once, a lb. or 1.5 a week is optimal. The results were outstanding, was never hungry, lots of snacks through the day and with my workouts accelerating my metabolic rate the results were the 1-1.5 lbs. per week as promised. More importantly Jeremy texted me regularly and was always available if needed. I cannot say enough about him. Excellent is the word that comes to mind. Hire him and build new habits, that’s what it will take to keep it off.
