Working with Jeremy for 3 months was a phenomenal experience. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and truly cares about his clients' fitness and nutrition goals. Though I had plenty of prior strength training and exercise routine experience, I found over the past couple years that I was consistently experiencing significant fluctuations in my weight and energy levels due to poor eating and sleeping habits derived from time and stress demands from work and life.
In approaching Jeremy, I was simply hoping to gain better education to know when, what, and how much to eat throughout the day, and to be held accountable to a good lifting routine that would allow me to lose some weight and learn how to keep it off. What I got in return for the reasonable price paid was priceless.
Over the course of my 3 month journey, I lost 24 lbs, kicked poor lifestyle habits for good, and gained a ton of strength and flexibility. Additionally, my energy levels went through the roof, I completely fixed my erratic sleep schedule, and I developed a greater sense of self-confidence and ability to manage stress in my every day life. I rarely felt hungry and became a much better cook, too! In the past when I "fell off the wagon" during an exercise program, I simply stopped committing- whereas with Jeremy's plan if I had a tough day or over-indulged, I learned how to stay positive, quickly kick the guilty "head trash," and just hop right back into routine and and consistency.
Jeremy taught me how to truly live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, and I'll always be grateful for that. I benefited so much from my time spent with him that I've recommended him to family, friends, and colleagues at work. Look no further than Jeremy for a killer fitness coach and great guy!
